Coverage & Availability
  • Care is available Monday-Thursday 6pm-midnight.
  • Service is currently available in the Downtown L.A. area only
  • If you or a family member need care, you can use the HealSwift app to find a nearby provider who is available for a home visit.
  • After requesting a visit the provider will call you to gather more information about your symptoms and the reason for your visit request. After a brief phone consultation, the doctor will be on their way or will have scheduled a convenient time for you.
  • The app will allow you to follow the travel progress of the doctor so you will know when to expect him/her.
  • The duration of your visit will depend on the specific symptoms and conditions being treated.
  • Referrals for additional care from other health care providers or institutions are at the discretion of your doctor.

  • All services completed by the doctor will be billed to the patient’s credit card registered in the app. We do not currently accept alternate forms of payment, such as Paypal or personal checks.
  • At the end of your visit, the doctor will ask for your signature verifying the visit and payment to be charged.

What is considered an emergency?

Life-threatening emergencies, such as a heart attack or serious head injury, require a visit to the Emergency Room (ER) or calling 911.

  • Deep knife wounds or gunshot wounds
  • Moderate to severe burns
  • Poisoning
  • Serious head, neck or back injury
  • Pregnancy-related problems
  • Sever abdominal pain
  • Signs of a heart attack (i.e. chest pain lasting longer than 2 minutes)
  • Signs of a stroke (i.e. loss of vision, sudden numbness, weakness, slurred speech, or confusion)
  • Suicidal or homicidal feelings
